The Programs Committee oversees the planning and execution of the organization’s annual events and community initiatives. Responsibilities include managing logistics and programming for service-based events like MLK Day and Black History Month, as well as professional outreach through Career Day and Black Energy Awareness Month (BEAM). Additionally, the committee is responsible for the coordination of the annual Energy Ball fundraiser.
